We are proud to share with you the completion of all the Design Thinking materials!
During the past months, the partner consortium collaborated to design and develop comprehensive Design Thinking content tailored to VET professionals. Each educational material was created to provide tools and initiate a change in creative education. With these materials, we wish to empower VET professionals to incorporate Design Thinking into their practice.
What materials will soon be available:
The Design Thinking Manual introduces the concept of Design Thinking, explaining how to apply it in Vocational Education and Training (VET). It also provides a detailed presentation of the Design Thinking methodology, including its stages, learning tools, phases, and teaching materials for practical application.

Teaching Materials: To implement Design Thinking, we have designed several tools tailored to each stage (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype). Each tool can be used individually or as a complement to tools from other stages.
Design Thinking is an approach that teaches how to listen to the audience with empathy and creativity. Therefore, we have designed a supplement on inclusive communication to foster an inclusive environment in addition to the Manual.
To inspire VET professionals, we provide a set of good practices where other VET professionals have used the Design Thinking method in their work/class. We also aim to demonstrate to institutions that activities aligned with this methodology are practiced and produce concrete results—both business-related and related to accurately defining and effectively responding to users' needs.
We are now excited to move into the testing phase, presenting these materials to VET professionals and receiving their feedback. Testing will occur in March and April 2025, in Poland, Spain, and Cyprus, with 60 total participants.
This is a great opportunity to help us optimize educational materials to fully address the needs of teachers, educators, and adult learners in vocational education, including marginalized groups.
