SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, SPAIN - Representatives from the partner organizations of the Erasmus+ co-funded project Education Architects convened for a key partners' meeting held between April 8th and 10th, 2025. The meeting, hosted by EVM Group SL in a hybrid format, brought together participants from INSPIRE CONSULTING sp. z o. o. (Poland), Synthesis Center for Research and Education Limited (Cyprus), and EVM Group SL (Spain) to discuss the project's ongoing development and future activities.

Key discussion points included:

• National Agency Monitoring Visit: Partners discussed preparations for the continuous monitoring focused on the dissemination of the project's aims and results. Specific communication activities were detailed, assigning tasks to each partner organization. These include an email campaign targeting VET schools, training companies, and public institutions; a social media communication schedule for the remaining project months; increased activity on the project website and the creation of an EPALE account; and the submission of monthly communication reports by all partners.

• Piloting Activity and Quality Assurance: Following the presentation of a piloting activity report by EVM, Inspire and Synthesis, the meeting addressed the initial findings from the piloting phase across the three participating countries. Common elements identified will be integrated into the final project documents. 

• Material Design and Layout: The consortium agreed on common design elements for project materials, referencing the project website and logo. Canva will be the platform used for creating layouts. Responsibilities for layout creation were assigned among all the project´s partners.

• Training Program Adjustments: Partners analyzed feedback on the training program, leading to discussions about potential restructuring of chapters and content reduction to optimize the material. 

• Dissemination Events: The meeting addressed the planning of dissemination events in each partner country, emphasizing the need for adaptation to local contexts. 

The outcomes of this partners' meeting signify continued progress on the Education Architects' project, with clear action points and timelines established for the upcoming months and the closing of the project.
